Wesley's Music Program

Worship music has long been a cornerstone of faith communities, and at Wesley United Methodist Church, it’s no exception. Under the skilled direction of Dr. James Harris, the Wesley Chancel Choir brings their voices together to create inspiring music for parishioners. During the Advent season, the choir also performs a Cantata, a stirring collection of hymns and anthems that convey the story of Jesus’ birth. And during Lent, the Wesley music program welcomes special musical guests from the local Symphony for a performance that is both moving and uplifting. But that’s not all! On alternate Sundays, two Contemporary Praise Bands provide their own unique take on worship music, creating a joyful atmosphere that embodies the spirit of the church. With so many opportunities to experience beautiful music, Wesley United Methodist Church is truly a place where everyone’s heart can sing.
